What’s the minimum quantity I can purchase? 

The minimum order for most of our products is one pallet with the exception of our health and beauty, candle and diffuser ranges which are sold in boxed and pallet quantities. We can generally sell caps in any quantity. 

We do sell a core range of our most popular food and drink products in boxed quantities on our online shop that you can find here. We also sell boxed quantities of several food, health and beauty and candle glass products at our other online shop jarsdirect.com. 

Can I have a sample? 

Absolutely. We always suggest having a sample to ensure you make the right choice when you come to buy. All we ask is that you pay for postage and packaging. If you do decide that product is the right for you, we will deduct the amount paid for postage and packaging off of your first order.   

Are you able to supply glass that’s not on your website? 

Being independent has helped us develop strong relationships with all major glass manufacturers across the globe, so we can source a huge range of glass. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll source it for you.

Can I create my own bespoke glass container? 

Of course, we specialise in creating bespoke glass for our clients to add standout. Take a look at our most recent project for St. Austell Brewery here.  

The minimum quantity to produce a bespoke spirits bottle would be 20,000 units, for other glass containers this would be 500,000 units. These are approximate figures as your design and the detail would contribute to these numbers. You would also need to pay for the creation of the mould but depending on the numbers we can possibly help with that.

How quickly can the glass get to me?  

We work with a trusted network of couriers and can offer a next day delivery for orders placed by 12pm. Alternatively we have an economy delivery of 3 business days.  

Can you deliver outside of the UK? 

Yes, we can. We can either set up the delivery or you can take care of that, it’s entirely up to you. 

Do you work with materials other than glass?

Yes, we work with cans and plastic e-liquid bottles.

Can you help with decoration? 

This is one of the most exciting aspects of our job, taking a container and creating something unique to your brand. In order to get the right look and feel, we work closely with you to navigate the complex range of options.  

What styles of decoration do you specialise in?

All of them, from screen printing, spraying, full-body sleeving, etching, sandblasting, metallic coating, hot-stamping, and frosting. We also specialise in labels which has scope for both textural and highly visual effects, including embossing, and metallic foiling. Varnishing or lamination provides the final protective layer, with many finishes available - from frosted, high gloss, matte or pearl to soft-touch lamination, raised spot varnish and more.

Can you help with graphic design? 

We have a multi-disciplined graphic designer on board that specialises in brand packaging and brand identity but also fully experienced in print, editorial, digital and web, and advertising.  

Tom’s worked with a diverse range of clients from ambitious start-ups to nationally recognised businesses, so you’re in great hands. He believes in communicating complex ideas into simple and thought-provoking designs.  

He will work closely with you to ensure his work can be precisely represented when it comes to decoration. 

I have the design pretty much sorted, can you help finalising the design so it’s print ready? 

Tom can work with you in whichever capacity you like. Whether that’s creating a brand from scratch, amending a design you already have, or simply taking a completed design and making it print ready. 

If I already have glass can you still help with the decoration or design element? 

Most definitely. You can work with us in whichever capacity you like.
