BESPOKE CONTAINER DESIGN - SHAPE IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST VISUAL CUES FOR A BRAND.

If you're planning to buy large quantities of stock, it may be worth investing in a unique container design. We manage and guide you through the 4-part process on your behalf, advising on relevant design options and ensuring the technical feasibility of the project.

01 Concept

Working together, we help you develop your ideas and capture them in a comprehensive design brief. We then provide you with initial concept visuals and technical specifications for discussion.

We can offer a constructive review and may suggest improvements for:

  • Technical reasons - heading off potential problems during production, filling, labelling or capping that could increase costs.
  • Sustainability and quality- making the most economical use of glass while ensuring a robust product that's fit for purpose.
02 Design development

With your input, we develop the chosen concept and finalise the technical drawings, typically using CAD modelling and 3D printing for fast prototyping. At this stage we need to validate the technical specification prior to production.

03 Sample testing

Once the design is approved and everyone is happy, we organise sample moulds and manufacture a few hundred sample containers.

These samples are used to:

  • Check material quality, embossing and other intrinsic design features.
  • Test performance on filling lines and other equipment.
  • Trial proposed decorative techniques, labels and closures.
04 Manufacture

The final stage is bulk production. Your production slot is booked, final moulds are delivered, and full-scale manufacture commences. A final quality check is made before the finished containers are carefully packed and delivered.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our clients don't need to worry about quality.

Delivering quality is always at the forefront of our mind - from conception of a project through to use by the end consumer. In the unlikely event something does go wrong, we'll be there to manage it for you. Our quality procedures ensure the most appropriate and speedy response.
