Lakeland Lights creates meticulously handcrafted candles, utilising natural soy wax, pure cotton wicks, and the highest quality fragrance oils. This family-run business is all about bringing their adventures from around the world into a variety of scents to be enjoyed by their customers. Established during COVID times, they had been previously hung out to dry by their previous supplier. Rawlings stepped in and managed to rectify their supply chain. Offering a series of new products.
Rawlings now supplies Lakeland Lights with all their primary and gift packaging. Including glasses, lids, cartons and more recently their sensational hit advent calendar. The calendar and gift boxes are made from Kraft backboard for strength whilst maintaining the brand’s natural, eco-friendly identity. The calendars are fully printed. The development process for the calendar was a new and exciting challenge. We needed to account for the size of the wax melts, which were in the shape of Christmas trees, ensuring that they were securely held within the calendar without using plastic inserts. It took several changes, but the result worked as intended for the client. The calendars and gift boxes do not use any plastic, so are completely recyclable. We’ve seen steady growth from Lakeland Lights, who are now looking to expand the brand in 2024, offering new products supplied by Rawlings.
